新品未開封の商品に関しては、配送から30日以内であれば全額返金での返品が可能です。返品が当社の過誤によるもの（間違った商品や欠陥品を受け取った等）である場合、返送料は当社が負担します。
返品品を返送業者に渡してから通常4週間以内に返金が行われますが、多くの場合はより早く返金されます。この期間には、返送業者から当社に返品品が到着するまでの輸送時間（5日から10営業日）、当社での返品処理時間（3日から5営業日）、および銀行での返金処理時間（5日から10営業日）が含まれます。
商品を返品するには、アカウントにログインし、「マイアカウント」メニュー下の「注文履歴」リンクから注文を確認し、「商品を返品する」ボタンをクリックしてください。返品品を受け取り処理した後、メールで返金に関する通知を行います。
配送について
世界中のほぼ全ての住所への配送が可能です。ただし、一部の商品には制限があり、特定の国際的な目的地への配送ができない場合があります。
注文時に、在庫状況や選択した配送オプションに基づいて、配送日と納期の見積もりを行います。配送業者によっては、配送見積もりページに配送日の見積もりが表示されることがあります。
また、販売する商品の多くの送料は重量に基づいており、商品の重量はその詳細ページで確認できます。配送会社のポリシーに従い、全ての重量は次の全ポンドまで切り上げられます。
